Layout all of the parts that you have received to insure that you have all the necessary pieces that you need to assemble your home locker.
2
Place the back of locker flat on the floor with the flanges facing up toward the ceiling. One of the ends has an angle cut to it; this is the top of your locker.
.
3
Take one side sheet and place the curved edge inside the locker back making sure that the side sheet's end curves out not in and tuck it inside the locker back's flange. It is absolutely imperative that the two diagonal holes shown in this picture are located closest to the back of the locker. The holes in the back should line up perfectly with the holes in the side. Place a bolt through the back's flange then the side sheet going into the locker. The flat bolt head should be on the outside of the back's flange and the bolt's barrel should be on the inside of the locker. Place a nut on the bolt and continue this several more times until all the holes that connect the back and side are full. Tighten the nuts with a 3/8" nut driver holding the flat head of the bolt with your finger. Put the other side sheet on in the same manner.
.
4
There are several places where the side sheet has holes to attach the hat shelf to. Find the hat shelf and locate where you would like to put it in your locker. Find the nearest holes and align the hat shelf holes with the side sheet holes. Use two 3/8" bolts to attach the shelf to the side going through the side first from the outside then through the hat shelf flanges. Tighten.
5
Attach the double prong hook to the hat shelf; bolt heads flush with top of shelf. Tighten.
6
Grab one of the tops or bottoms (they are exactly the same) and line up the top with the holes at the extreme top of the side sheet. The top's flanges all go on the inside of the locker. Install two bolts in the side and then two more through the back. Tighten.
.
7
Install the hinged part of your lower lock up box now. Directly below where the diamond perforations in the side sheet end you will see those diagonal holes again. You will need to put the hinged bracket in place first before inserting any bolts, so line the top diagonal hole up with the hole in the side of the hinged bracket. Insert one 3/8" bolt in the top diagonal hole through the side sheet first then through the hinged brackets side. Put a nut on the bolt, repeat on the other side and tighten.
.
8
Attach the two side brackets in front of the hinged bracket, there will be holes punched below where the diamond perforations end. The brackets should be level with the hinged bracket. Again the flat bolt head should be on the outside and the barrel of the bolt should be on the inside.
9
The finishing side is now added with the angled edge going under the locker back. The back flange should be inside the locker and the holes in the side and back will line up. Fill all the holes that connect the side to the locker back, and then attach the top, shelf and bottom to the side sheet. Tighten.
.
10
Install a side hook to this side sheet. Tighten.
11
Hold the door and frame assembly over top of the locker body, start by tucking the three flanges facing up on the locker bottom underneath the locker frame's bottom cross member. Now be sure to tuck the locker side flanges inside the door and frame assembly and slide the door and frame assembly down on the rest of the locker, finally insuring that the three flanges on the locker top are tucked inside the door and frame assembly. Adjust the door and frame assembly so that all the holes in the sides will line up with the holes in the door and frame.
.
.
12
Carefully open the door and fill in the top bolt first with the flat head of the bolt flush with the top of the locker. Then fill in the bottom bolt with the flat head of the bolt flush with the bottom of the locker and the barrel on the exterior.
.
13
Now fill in all the remaining holes that attach the door to the side sheets. Tighten all.
.
14
Install the lock hole filler inside the door with bolts going through the door first then through the lock hole filler so that the barrel of the bolt will be inside the locker. Tighten.
15
Install the back hook wherever you would like it.

Congratulations you have completed the assembly of your home locker. Now it is essential that you secure the locker to a wall in your home to prevent tipping and injury. We strongly suggest that you find a stud in the wall and anchor the locker to the stud with a screw going through the back of the locker into the stud.
