Layout all of the parts from the box to insure that you have received all of the necessary pieces you need to assemble your pro-sport athletic locker.

Note:
For illustration purposes the basic frame of this locker is painted blue and the bulk lock-up box and shelf are painted red. Your locker will be all one color.

2
Place the back of the locker flat on the floor with the flanges facing up toward the ceiling. One of the ends has many holes in it; this is the top of your locker back

3
Take one side sheet and place the curved edge inside the locker back making sure that the side sheet’s end curves out not in and tuck it inside the locker back’s flange. It is absolutely imperative that the two diagonal holes shown in this picture are located closest to the back of the locker. The holes in the back should line up perfectly with the holes in the side. Place a bolt through the back’s flange then the side sheet going into the locker. The flat bolt head should be on the outside of the back’s flange and the bolt’s barrel should be on the inside of the locker. Place a nut on the bolt and continue this several more times until all the holes that connect the back and side are full. Tighten the nuts with a 3/8” nut driver holding the flat head of the bolt with your finger. Put the other side sheet on in the same manner.

The top of the locker should go on next. Start by putting the bolts through one side sheet into the side flange of the locker top. The top flanges should be tucked inside of the locker so that you will not be able to see them if you are standing on the side of the locker. Next put the bolts through the other side sheet into to other side flange of the locker top. Finally put the bolts through the locker back into the back flange of the locker top. All bolts should be going into the inside of the locker. The bottom of the locker goes on in the exact same manner and should be added next. Tighten

There are holes for the hat shelf 12" below the top of the locker. Find the holes in the side sheet that align with the hat shelf. The shelf will be set back from the front of the locker. Use two 3/8" bolts to attach the shelf to the side going through the side first from the outside then through the hat shelf flanges. Do the same on the other side. Tighten.

6
Find the two square metal brackets with circular holes in them. These are to secure the coat rod. Directly below the hat shelf there will be two holes to accommodate these brackets, one for each side sheet. Before attaching the second bracket insert the coat rod in the hole and then attack the second bracket to the side sheet.

.
7
Install the hinged part of your lower lock up box now. Directly below where the diamond perforations in the side sheet end you will see those diagonal holes again. You will need to put the hinged bracket in place first before inserting any bolts, so line the top diagonal hole up with the hole in the side of the hinged bracket. Insert one 3/8” bolt in the top diagonal hole through the side sheet first then through the hinged brackets side. Put a nut on the bolt, repeat on the other side and tighten.

8
Attach the two side brackets in front of the hinged bracket, there will be holes punched below where the diamond perforations end. The brackets should be level with the hinged bracket. Again the flat bolt head should be on the outside and the barrel of the bolt should be on the inside.

9
Install the ventilated front plate of the bulk lock up box into the door frame before putting the door frame on the locker. There will be four holes on the inside of the doors frame (two on each side), these four holes go on the bottom. Use two 3/8" bolts in each side. Tighten.

.
10
Install the rectangular metal plate into the front of the ventilated lower box with bolts going through the plate first then the front so that the barrel of the bolt will be inside the locker. Tighten.

11
Hold the door and frame assembly over top of the locker body, start by tucking the three flanges facing up on the locker bottom underneath the locker frame's bottom cross member. Now be sure to tuck the locker side flanges inside the door and frame assembly and slide the door and frame assembly down on the rest of the locker, finally insuring that the three flanges on the locker top are tucked inside the door and frame assembly. Adjust the door and frame assembly so that all the holes in the sides will line up with the holes in the door and frame.

.
12
Fill in the two bolts going through the locker top first with the flat head of the bolt flush with the top of the locker. Now fill in all the remaining holes that attach the door to the side sheets.

Now carefully stand locker up and install the hooks in the locker back or side around the same height as the coat rod.

13
The bench seat is now attached to the hinge with the padlock hasp facing out. Insert four 3/8" bolts into the hinge with the barrel of the bolt coming into the locker. Be careful to not pinch your fingers in the hinge. Install one bolt at a time until all four are in, you may need to shift the bench seat to the right or left a bit to allow it to close properly, when you have found the correct position tighten all four nuts.

Congratulations you have completed the assembly of your home locker. Now it is essential that you secure the locker to a wall in your home to prevent tipping and injury. We strongly suggest that you find a stud in the wall and anchor the locker to the stud with a screw going through the back of the locker into the stud.
